Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

To Analyze and negotiate with suppliers to identify and select those capable of delivering high-quality materials at competitive prices within required timelines

Roles & Responsibility:

Select appropriate suppliers to source the correct materials through comprehensive market research, product evaluation, and negotiations; issue purchase orders accordingly.
Manage and monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness, conducting periodic reviews in compliance with ISO standards.
Review and optimize the supplier base to ensure alignment with the overall sourcing strategy.
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare monthly performance reports focused on sourcing effectiveness and procurement requirements.
Apply effective supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies to achieve competitive pricing.
Coordinate closely with vendors to support ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Experience in Procurement of raw material like Round bar,Pipe,pipe fittings ,Valves and Electrical, Insulation, etc. in Manufacturing sector with exposure to Engineering industry.
Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset
