You will be a Sales Manager (Field Sales) in a Pune based forging & casting company that supplies precision components to OEMs across various sectors. As part of the company's growth phase, your role will involve actively driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth in both domestic and international markets - Develop and strengthen relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers - Lead new customer acquisition, RFQ management, and conversion - Identify opportunities in emerging sectors - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business Candidate Profile: - You should have 8-10 years of sales experience in forgings, castings, auto components, or metal manufacturing - Strong exposure to OEM & Tier-1 customers is required - A proven track record in business development and key account management - Previous sales experience in the forging industry is preferred Qualifications: - Graduates from any discipline with relevant experience are welcome to apply Please note that the compensation for this position is a CTC of 12-18 LPA, which will be commensurate with your experience and capability.
