Experience : 2 yrs and above Location : Preferably within 10 km radius Responsibilities include: Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel. Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar of the office. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Providing general administrative support to the office staff, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing documents. Managing office supplies and inventory. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Updating and maintaining the office database and other records. In addition to these duties, a front office receptionist should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and professional demeanour are also essential qualities for a front office receptionist.
