5 star for excellent hospitality. I was stuck in traffic with my grandmother and she urgently wanted to use a washroom se we stopped near and asked them if we could use their restroom but it was occupied so they let us use the doctor's washroom which was very kind of them. 5 star for their kindness.

The people at reception counter don’t bother to receive call nor are bothered to attend patients. They are mostly busy gossiping and chit chatting which is very annoying . The staff needs to be disciplined and cooperative. No doubt why they are being yelled at and critisized.
