This revolutionary metric doesn't just optimize for efficiency, it redefines success by honing in on customer satisfaction and lost sales prevention. Pull Logic was recognized as a Cool Vendor in 2023 by Gartner for Supply Chain Management. Unlike conventional models that primarily prioritize inventory levels and turnover, Pull Logic's PAR metric dives deeper. It connects customers to their desired products even when an item is temporarily out of stock. By using advanced algorithms, it recommends acceptable substitutes that align with customer preferences, delighting them and ensuring sales are captured. Our narrowly-focused AI platform to improve product availability as well as our substitution engine learns over time and has been proven to increase sales, and even sales productivity of up to 30% or more due to higher sales conversion rates.Visit https://pulllogic.com/ to know more.
