- Maintain organised records of media contacts, outreach, responses, and follow-ups.

2. Press Releases & Communication Materials

- Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, company announcements, and corporate updates.

- Assist in preparing company profiles, founder biographies, backgrounders, and media kits.

- Develop clear, compelling narratives around the company's products, initiatives, milestones, and achievements.

- Proofread communication materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.

- Adapt messaging for different audiences, including journalists, business leaders, investors, partners, and the public.

3. Brand Image & Reputation Management

- Help maintain a consistent and professional public image for PopPop Labs.

- Monitor media coverage, public mentions, industry discussions, and relevant brand conversations.

- Research public relations trends, competitor communications, and emerging media opportunities.

- Assist in preparing communication responses and escalation notes for review by the relevant team.

- Flag inaccurate information, sensitive coverage, or potential reputational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

4. Campaigns & Public Announcements

- Support PR campaigns for product launches, company milestones, partnerships, events, and other initiatives.

- Coordinate communication timelines with marketing, design, product, and business development teams.

- Assist in developing communication plans for announcements and launches.

- Help prepare media briefs, talking points, FAQs, and interview preparation documents.

- Track campaign coverage and compile post-campaign reports.

5. Corporate Communications

- Assist in preparing official emails, statements, internal updates, and stakeholder communications.

- Help ensure that company messaging is aligned across press materials, social media, websites, and other public-facing platforms.

- Research industry developments and identify opportunities for thought leadership.

- Support the preparation of founder-led communication initiatives, articles, opinion pieces, and interviews.

- Maintain an organised archive of approved company announcements and PR materials.

6. Events & Stakeholder Engagement

- Support communication activities around company events, networking opportunities, conferences, and industry engagements.

- Assist with media invitations, event briefs, guest communication, and post-event coverage.

- Research relevant awards, industry recognitions, speaking opportunities, and media features.
