Narayana School, Electronic City , is looking for a confident and well-spoken Public Relations Officer (PRO) to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with parents and prospective parents and provide information about the school, academics, facilities, and admission process.
• Handle parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and direct interactions.
• Follow up with prospective parents and support the admissions team in converting enquiries into admissions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and visitors.
• Address parent queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments when required.
• Support the branch in admission-related activities, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, visits, and admission status.
• Represent the school professionally while interacting with parents and the public.
• Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective parents.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in public relations, admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service, sales, or education-related roles will have an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with confidence in handling parents and visitors.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and professional in approach.
• Candidates located in Electronic City only are preferred.

Salary

₹20,000+ per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
