Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Credit Card Sales Professional. In this role, the professional will be responsible for meeting sales targets by promoting credit card products to potential customers. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, making sales calls, conducting product presentations, processing applications, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves working closely with team members and managers to design strategies for meeting sales goals. Qualifications Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in sales, especially in the financial sector Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present credit card products to clients Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital platforms and CRM systems Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience: Prior experience in credit card sales or financial services is advantageous
