Hi, One of our Client is looking for candidate in Procurement / Vendor Management with respect to Recruitment & Staffing from both IT and NON IT companies. This is on Straight commission basis, The candidate , if interested in the above should be able to get to help getting business. Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record in headhunting, recruitment management, talent acquisition, staffing, vendor relationship management (VRM), vendor registration (VRF), and vendor selection, able to partner with new client. Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and ability to develop effective lead generation campaigns. Good to have experience in Staffing Industry. 10-30 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry in any Industry. Preferred IT / Pharma / FMCG Industry. Note : This is purely on COMMISSION Model, NO EMPLOYMENT with client. If there is good business brought by a candidate, further partnership can be done on mutual agreement.
