AI Content Design Internship We're an AI research lab and product development startup in New Delhi building mobile-first consumer AI apps for India's Billion plus mobile users. We're looking for an AI Content Designer intern and this is an internship focused on fast content-creation and marketing. What we are looking for You're fluent in English and Hindi You understand what makes content shareable in vernacular India - you get the "vibe" how people outside metro cities communicate in hindi, hinglish, and other vernacular languages You've delivered wins when it comes to social media and managed social media accounts before (personal with 1K+ followers counts would be preferred) You use AI tools effectively to move faster than traditional content creation What You'll Do Create fun, culturally authentic content (images and videos) across categories such as devotion, inspiration, relationships relevant to Indian audiences across languages and regions (80-100 content pieces a day) Manage Instagram pages for PsyTech's consumer apps - posting, engagement, community building Run content experiments and campaigns to drive organic app downloads, to attract users and grow our social presence Interact with users authentically; responding to comments, DMs, building community Who We Are Rohan - Stanford MBA, BITS Pilani engineer, 7 years building products in the Bay Area (Rippling, Sense), former Government of India.
