Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate interactive discussions in Psychology, with a focus on its application in education. Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies, incorporating technology to enhance learning outcomes. Mentor and guide student teachers in their academic and professional development. Conduct research in the field of Psychology, with a focus on educational applications, and publish findings in reputable journals. Participate in curriculum development and review to ensure alignment with current educational standards. Contribute to the academic and administrative activities of the department and college. Stay abreast of current trends and developments in Psychology and education. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. Qualifications & Requirements: Essential: B.A./M.A. (any subject) with Psychology, and M.Ed. Preferred: Ph.D. (Education) in any subject. Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of teaching experience at the college level. Qualifications: NET/SET qualification (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge: Strong foundation in psychological concepts and their application in educational settings. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and research skills. Technology: Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning. Passion: A passion for mentoring and guiding future educators.
