Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (PRT Primary Teacher)

Plan and deliver engaging lessons
for primary classes as per the school curriculum and academic guidelines.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
that supports learning, discipline, and student well-being.
Use activity-based and play-based teaching methods
to make learning interactive and enjoyable for young learners.
Monitor, assess, and record student progress
through classwork, assignments, tests, and observations.
Provide individual attention and remedial support
to students who need additional help.
Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids
to enhance classroom instruction.
Integrate technology and digital tools
such as smart class, presentations, and educational apps to enrich teaching.
Maintain classroom discipline
and ensure students follow school rules and routines.
Communicate regularly with parents
regarding student progress, behavior, and learning needs.
Participate in school events, assemblies, co-curricular activities, and celebrations
as required.
Coordinate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators
for curriculum planning and student development.
Ensure proper documentation and upkeep of student records
including attendance, assessment reports, and portfolios.
Promote values, good habits, and social skills
among students through day-to-day interaction.
Ensure safety and well-being of students
during class hours, outdoor activities, and school events.
Attend training sessions and workshops
to stay updated with new teaching methods and educational practices.
