Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters. This includes writing, editing, and proofreading copy, as well as designing and producing compelling visual assets. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, digital ads, and other marketing materials. SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, analyze SERP data, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop social media content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with our online community. This includes designing and adapting visual content for each platform's specific requirements. Email Marketing: Design, create, segment, and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates and graphics. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms. Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights. Website Management: Work with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO. This may involve designing and updating website banners or graphics. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, design best practices, and new technologies. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities. Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively across different channels. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. Must have strong graphic design skills with a portfolio to demonstrate. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through field visits and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories for CCTV, Biometric, Fire Alarm, and Security System solutions. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to generate sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end-users. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients. Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new product developments. Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/reporting tools. Requirements & Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in field sales of CCTV, Biometric, Fire Alarm, or similar security products. Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, fire detection, and surveillance solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Good networking skills with contractors, builders, and corporate clients. Preferred Skills:Technical understanding of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, biometric access control, and fire alarm systems. Experience in B2B and channel sales.
