Role Overview: You will be responsible for Configuration Management within the T Systems Standard CMDBs, ensuring proper recording of Configuration Items (CIs) and maintaining data quality in the Configuration Management databases. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the recording of Configuration Items (CIs) in T Systems Standard CMDBs - Supporting data maintenance of CI entries in T Systems Standard CMDBs - Setting up process steps and creating/updating Work Instruction (WI) documents - Compliance with mandatory field requirements for Configuration Items - Establishing data quality checks and deriving improvement measures - Handling ServiceNow ISP service request enhancements and granting approvals for various requests - Conducting data accuracy checks across systems - Providing Configuration Management (CFM) consultations for other areas of CMS - Conducting CFM training when necessary - Participating in project audits and workshops - Interacting with engineers and architects on the introduction of new technologies within the CMS infrastructure - Advising on official KPIs, tracking quality assessments, identifying root causes, planning countermeasures, and achieving goals - Contributing to the overall improvement of KPIs - Creating internal KPI reports, AD reports, and ServiceNow migration documentation - Supporting colleagues with HP AM, CDS, ITSM2, and ServiceNow by providing expertise, data exports, reporting, and approvals - Performing data transformation and validation to manage consistency during database transfer to ServiceNow Qualification Required: We are looking for a Configuration Management Specialist with experience in CMDB management, data maintenance, and ServiceNow implementation to support IT infrastructure management processes. Mandatory Criteria: - Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) systems - Knowledge of T Systems Standard CMDBs - Ability to establish and maintain data quality checks - Experience with the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform - Skills in process documentation and workflow creation - Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and improvement planning - Knowledge of ITSM practices - Skills in data transformation and validation - Ability to provide training and consultation on Configuration Management - Experience with database migration and data consistency management Company Details: T-Systems Information and Communication Technology India Private Limited (T-Systems ICT India Pvt.
