Role & Responsibilities Should have minimum 4+years of experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.). Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based integration solutions using SAP CPI. Configure and customize CPI interfaces, mappings, and workflows. Integrate various cloud and on-premise applications, such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party services. Develop and maintain technical documentation for CPI integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and developers. Troubleshoot and resolve CPI-related issues and errors. Stay up-to-date with the latest CPI features, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines. Proven experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.). Knowledge over BTP cockpit and tenant setup. Experience in custom interface implementation
