Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive visa counselling to clients, ensuring they understand the requirements and processes involved. Assist clients in preparing and submitting their visa applications accurately and on time. Conduct sales consulting to promote our immigration services and convert leads into clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies to provide accurate information to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in immigration consulting. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in immigration consulting or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. Proficiency in sales techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning. This position is on-site with a day schedule , allowing you to engage directly with clients and colleagues.
