Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Consultant Planning located in New Delhi. The Senior Associate Consultant Planning will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring project progress, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, conducting delay analysis, and preparing reports for construction claims and disputes resolution. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and closure. Qualifications Experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring Expertise in Project Cost Estimation and Cost Management Skills in Forensic Delay Analysis and handling Construction Claims and Disputes Proficiency in using Project Management Information Systems (SMART PMS) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus
