We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers with 0-1 years of experience to grow their skills in a supportive environment while working on real-world projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and functionality Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and team meetings Debug and troubleshoot applications across different browsers and devices Assist in database design and optimization Learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks as needed Support testing and quality assurance processes Contribute to project planning and estimation discussions Skills & Qualifications: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) Basic understanding of at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular) Understanding of server-side programming (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#) Understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Version control with Git Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs Understanding of responsive web design principles Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Attention to detail and quality Time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field Coding bootcamp completion or equivalent self-taught experience Personal projects or portfolio demonstrating full-stack development skills Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar) Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) Basic Knowledge of DevOps concepts What we offer: Competitive salary Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development opportunities and training budget Mentorship program with senior developers Casual work environment and team-building activities Paid time off and holidays Opportunities: As a junior developer with us, you'll have the opportunity to: Work on our core platform.
