I cannot believe this people are still allowed to work for ITD. A bot can do better work then this incompetent staff. They cannot even read the email and reply accordingly, all they do is copy paste the reply from a scripted notes.

Bad service. Trackon courier service of Barabanki is part of this agency. Instead of delivering pan card to our residence it called us to pick up the card from office saying that they will return the card next day.

Very Bad Service. NSDL take 30 to 45 days for PAN changes whereas Adhar and Passport are processed in just one week with the delivery of it. They need to change it. Why not the Income tax department give it to TCS or Adhar Authority which are much efficient than NSDL
