Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals for the roles of Project Manager (PM) and Project Management Associate (PMA) to oversee and manage U.S.-based structural engineering projects. Candidates will be responsible for negotiating with clients to sign deals and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, experience with American clientele, and the capability to ensure top-quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. homeowners, industry partners (Architects & Developers), and local structural engineers, facilitating clear and effective communication. - Negotiate with clients to finalize and sign project deals. - Understand and address client needs and expectations, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT). - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations. - Handle client concerns and resolve issues, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining long-term relationships. - Provide regular reports on project status, client interactions, and other key performance indicators to upper management. Ideal Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, preferably from a U.S.-based educational institution. - 0 to 12+ years of experience in managing structural or civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of American standards and practices. Experience in Residential wood frame structures will be preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and experience dealing with American clients. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while effectively collaborating with global teams. - Required availability to work during U.S. business hours to ensure alignment with client and project schedules.
