Location: Noida, Sector 142 Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects. Handle incoming queries and provide detailed project information. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits. Maintain and update customer database (CRM). Follow up with clients to ensure maximum conversions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication & convincing skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred). Prior experience in real estate / telecalling will be an added advantage. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Experience: 03 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply). Female candidates preferred. Salary & Benefits: Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance).
