As we expand into the Dubai real estate market, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional who can drive growth, build strategic partnerships with top developers, and establish Propickle as the go-to prop-tech partner in the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear business growth strategy to expand Propickle’s footprint in the Dubai real estate ecosystem. Identify, engage, and onboard real estate developers across Dubai, aligning solutions with their marketing and sales objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with developers’ top management — CEOs, Marketing Heads, and Sales Heads . Present Propickle’s suite of technology offerings (3D mapping, visualization tools, interactive showcasing solutions) through impactful presentations, demos, and proposals. Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to customize solutions that address specific business goals. Negotiate and close strategic commercial deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities. Represent Propickle at real estate events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and drive lead generation. Key Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within PropTech, SaaS, or Developer Sales domains. Strong network and proven track record of working with real estate developers’ leadership teams (CEOs, Marketing Heads, Sales Heads) in Dubai. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including developer launch processes, sales cycles, and marketing ecosystems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to position and sell digital / prop-tech solutions to decision-makers. Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with the ability to independently build strategies and deliver on targets. Existing UAE work authorization or ability to work full-time in Dubai is preferred.
