Industry: Real Estate / Property / Construction Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong real estate mandate acquisition background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing exclusive mandates for residential or commercial projects in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: • Acquire new real estate sales mandates from builders, developers & property owners. • Build strong relationships with developers, IPCs, and brokers. • Drive revenue through mandate onboarding and execution. • Track market trends and identify potential clients. • Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams to activate mandates.. Preferred candidate profile 4-8 years of business development experience in the real estate industry. • Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market. • Proven track record in mandate closures (exclusive/semi-exclusive). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-starter with the ability to meet targets and work independently. Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Market
