We help clients find the right property opportunities through professional guidance, market insights, and personalized service.

Job Responsibilities

* Generate leads through calls, social media, property portals, and networking.

* Connect with potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.

* Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

* Arrange site visits and follow up with prospective clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-up reports.

* Stay updated on real estate market trends and new project launches.

Requirements

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Interest in real estate sales and property investments.

* Ability to build relationships and convert leads into sales.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is an advantage.

* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior real estate experience is preferred.
