My work(a nearby hospital) contracts with this company for parking and shuttles. I don't think they could have made a worse choice. Parking lot is frequently not plowed or maintained after bad weather. Drivers have been seen going to Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds during peak times. Avoid at all costs.

Found the lot easily. However, we were charged $20,00 for 2.5 hours of parking.. Had no choice as the parking garage was full, price there was $10. We were there for college graduation. We were from out of State and felt fleeced.

Scum of Hartford. They overcharge, have terrible garages, and screw over the people who actually have permits in their garages. No care for their customers, and they always cut corners. Park somewhere else.
