Job Title: SEO Specialist Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite) Experience: 0.6 – 1 year Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated SEO Specialist to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This is a full-time, onsite position , and applicants must be able to work from our Baner office and bring their own laptop. Responsibilities: Perform keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking Execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building and guest posting Track and report on website traffic, rankings, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and backlink strategies Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of SEO experience Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools Familiarity with both on-page and off-page SEO techniques Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must have own laptop Available to work onsite at our Baner, Pune office Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Knowledge of local SEO best practices Show more Show less
