We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join our team and deliver engaging and effective lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate IT students. Key Responsibilities: Subject Delivery: Teach Mathematics topics relevant to BCA, MCA, MSc IT, and BSc IT courses (e.g., Discrete Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Numerical Methods). Student Engagement: Make mathematical concepts engaging and easier to understand through real-world examples and applications in computing. Doubt Solving: Provide regular support, clarify student queries, and conduct revision sessions. Course Planning: Help in designing and updating the syllabus to align with university curriculum and industry needs. Assessment: Create, conduct, and evaluate assignments, tests, and mock exams. Feedback & Mentoring: Offer guidance to improve students’ analytical skills and academic performance. Qualifications: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Prior teaching experience at the college or coaching level is preferred. Good understanding of how math concepts apply to computer science and IT fields. Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students with non-math backgrounds. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Gujarati. Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
