Project/Technical Lead-Embedded_Zephyr RTOS

Job Description: As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of Zephyr RTOS porting and application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications. Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and guiding and training new team members in Zephyr OS will be among your key responsibilities. You will provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases. Working closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables will also be a part of your role. Your technical expertise will include proven experience as a Technical Lead in projects involving Zephyr RTOS related development, strong programming skills in C, and a very good knowledge of steps involved in porting Zephyr OS to a new platform. Experience in developing device drivers for Zephyr OS, configuring and customizing Zephyr Kernel for different platforms, and excellent knowledge of different processor architectures will be essential. You should possess the ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion, along with familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Desired skills for this role include development experience with Bluetooth, BLE, or Wi-Fi, as well as knowledge of C++/Python development.,
