Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager - SaaS Sales located in Indore, with some remote work acceptable. The Manager - SaaS Sales will be responsible for to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the US market. This role requires deep experience in selling SaaS to service-based or installation companies and the ability to build, lead, and coach a high-performing inside sales / remote sales team. Key Responsibilities: Market & Sales Strategy: • Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for the US service & installation business segment. • Identify high-potential market segments and prioritize focus based on revenue growth opportunities. • Drive end-to-end ownership of sales outcomes including revenue, pipeline health, and conversion. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: • Conduct discovery discussions, product demonstrations, and solution consultations tailored to customer operational needs. • Position the SaaS platform as a holistic solution for workflow, scheduling, operations, customer management, and financial control. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders. Team Building & Sales Leadership: • Build and lead a team of remote Sales Executives / Business Development Representatives. • Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, target-setting, and KPI tracking. • Create sales playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and structured sales training modules. • Conduct joint calls / demos to model successful selling behavior. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insights: •Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and positioning based on real customer feedback. • Share product enhancement insights with Product teams. • Ensure seamless onboarding handover to Customer Success. Reporting & Performance Management: • Manage forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce). • Present revenue reports and pipeline metrics to leadership. Qualifications • 14+ years of SaaS Sales experience, with minimum 9+ years selling to the US market Mandatory. • Proven track record of leading sales teams. • Experience with service-based SMBs, installation workflows, or field service SaaS preferred. • Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM & remote collaboration tools.
