Project Manager/Studio manager - Design & Advertising

Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager / Studio Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations at a creative design and advertising studio.

The ideal candidate will act as the link between clients and the creative team, ensuring that project briefs are understood, tasks are assigned effectively, deadlines are met, and deliverables meet quality expectations.

Candidates with experience in advertising agencies, branding studios, graphic design companies, or creative production environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs, requirements, deliverables, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and creative teams to allocate and track work.
• Monitor multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate client communication, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Review creative deliverables against project briefs and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and print production teams where required.
• Identify delays, manage priorities, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Maintain clear communication and accountability across the studio.
• Ensure projects move smoothly from initial brief to final delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Advertising, Branding, Marketing Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of design, branding, advertising, and creative workflows.
• Good communication, organisation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, studio management, client servicing, or project management within a design or advertising agency.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience and relevant qualifications may also apply if they demonstrate strong coordination skills and an understanding of creative work.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates must be comfortable working full-time from our Velachery, Chennai location.

• Advertising Club Madras — PG Diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communication
• M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women + Miles — Diploma in Branding & Advertising
• IGNOU — PG Diploma in Advertising & Integrated Communications

Equivalent qualifications from other recognised institutions are also welcome.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
