Project Manager – Zoho One Implementation

Mattrade Resources is moving its core business operations onto Zoho One. We need an experienced Project Manager to plan and lead this rollout from start to finish, keeping scope, timelines and budget on track. You will be the single point of contact between our business teams (finance, credit, treasury, operations, sales, HR) and the Zoho technical team.

• Own the end-to-end Zoho One implementation plan: scope, milestones, timelines, budget and risks.
• Run requirement-gathering sessions with each department and convert them into clear process maps and a requirements document.
• Plan the rollout of the full Zoho One suite in phases, and agree the order of apps with management.
• Coordinate with the Zoho Developer and any external consultants; review their work and track delivery against the plan.
• Plan data migration from existing systems and Excel sheets: cleaning, mapping, test loads and sign-off.
• Plan and run user acceptance testing (UAT), and make sure issues are fixed before go-live.
• Organise user training and prepare simple user guides and SOPs.
• Manage change: get teams to actually use the new system, and collect feedback after go-live.
• Give weekly progress updates to management with status, risks and decisions needed.
• Manage the go-live, the support period after it, and a clean handover to the internal team.

• Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, IT, Business or a related field (MBA / PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus).
• 4–8 years of experience in managing ERP, CRM or business-software implementations; at least 2 end-to-end implementations delivered.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho One or Zoho apps (Books, CRM, Inventory, Creator) is strongly preferred. Experience with Tally, SAP, Odoo or similar is also considered.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes: invoicing, GST, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, cash flow.
• Strong skills in planning, stakeholder management, documentation and clear communication with non-technical teams.
• Comfortable with project tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Excel, MS Project or similar).

• Experience in commodities, trading, manufacturing or supply-chain businesses.
• Zoho Certified Consultant or similar certification.
• Experience with credit, LC, bank-limit or treasury workflows.
• Experience in data migration and integration with banks or other systems.

• Zoho One goes live on the agreed date, within budget, with data migrated correctly.
• Teams are trained and using the system daily.
• Management gets reliable, real-time reports from Zoho.
