We have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager - Software Development (RPA/Python) with 10+ years of experience for our client Knova One.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of RPA programs enhanced with AI/ML capabilities, with strong exposure to Python-based automation. The role involves managing multiple automation workstreams and ensuring measurable business outcomes such as cost optimization, quality improvement, and cycle-time reduction.

• Lead delivery of RPA and AI-powered automation projects from discovery to deployment
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks (RAID)
• Drive process discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities
• Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with developers for Python, APIs, and AI integrations
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and compliance
• Track KPIs such as bot success rate, SLA, savings, and performance
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement and automation best practices

Must Have:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in RPA/Automation project management
• Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Working knowledge of Python (automation, APIs, data processing)
• Experience delivering AI-driven automation use cases (OCR, document processing, ML workflows)
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Expertise in project planning, estimation, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with API integrations, SQL, and enterprise systems

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, release management)
• Experience with monitoring tools and bot observability
• Experience setting up or managing RPA CoE (Center of Excellence)
