Your Role and Responsibilities:As a Project Manager: Salesforce, you will lead a project team in delivering Salesforce.com solutions, ensuring that the project is completed according to the project charter or contract. You will hold overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
Manage Project Plan:
Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, including both IBM and client employees and third-party vendors.Coordinate Stakeholders:
Coordinate and manage the various stakeholders to deliver a successful Salesforce.com solution, requiring strong leadership, organizational, communication, and risk management skills.Lead Project Team:
Lead a project team to ensure the project is completed according to the project charter or contract, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.Oversee Budget and Schedule:
Oversee the project budget and schedule, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.Ensure Solution Delivery:
Ensure that the Salesforce.com solution is delivered according to the project charter or contract, meeting the client's requirements and expectations.
