Project Manager - Primary Research

Role & responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end CAWI research projects

  from feasibility to final delivery.
• Coordinate and execute

  full lifecycle and sample-only projects

  .
• Conduct feasibility checks and determine sampling requirements.
• Manage survey launches, survey testing, and questionnaire reviews.
• Monitor fieldwork progress, quotas, response rates, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with panel providers, vendors, and sample partners to achieve research objectives.
• Ensure data quality through quality checks, respondent validation, and compliance monitoring.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and operational metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
• Handle stakeholder communication and manage project escalations.
• Work closely with survey programming, data processing, and analytics teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent studies while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Support project reporting, MIS preparation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure successful execution of B2B, B2C, Healthcare, and other quantitative research studies.
• Drive continuous improvement in survey operations, field management, and client satisfaction.
