Project Manager PMC

We are hiring for Project Manager(PMC) (Only from Commercial Interior- Fitout Background) -

(Commercial Offices Interior-Fitout Site Management End to End Exp is a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects (planning, execution, handover).
• Plan, budget, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee procurement, review materials and shop drawings.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality during execution.
• Track costs, approve invoices/change orders, and manage financial risks.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and handle documentation.
• Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and problem resolution.
• Manage project closure: warranty, documentation handover, client sign-off.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
