Job Responsibilities

• Manage and execute residential interior projects from initiation to final handover.
• Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress.
• Coordinate with designers, carpenters, installation teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.
• Monitor site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other interior-related works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle client coordination, site meetings, and project handovers.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
• Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior projects is preferred.,
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site execution.
• Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
