My Design Minds is a product design and engineering solutions company specializing in industrial design, mechanical CAD, electronics, prototyping, product development, and manufacturing support.

We are looking for a Project Management Intern who can help coordinate projects, track deadlines, communicate with team members, and ensure work moves smoothly from requirement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, engineering, prototyping and manufacturing teams.
• Track project timelines, tasks, milestones and deliverables.
• Follow up with team members for pending tasks and updates.
• Maintain project trackers, task lists and status reports.
• Coordinate project requirements between clients and internal teams.
• Schedule meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks to senior management.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, files and revision records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, project reports and client updates.
• Communicate professionally with clients whenever required.
• Support senior project managers/founders in day-to-day project coordination.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and prototyping.
• Good understanding of Excel formulas and project trackers.

• Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.
• Candidates with strong communication, ownership and coordination skills will be preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, responsible and good at getting things done through coordination and follow-up.

You don't need to be an expert in project management. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, communicate clearly, take ownership of tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Important: This is a hands-on role involving real client and engineering projects. Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced startup environment.
