About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to coordinate client projects and keep our marketing teams on track.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate daily deliverables across design, video, social and performance teams
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and task boards
• Join client calls, take notes and follow up on action items
• Prepare status reports, decks and documentation
• Flag delays and help solve blockers

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing ongoing projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Support process improvements and day-to-day operational activities.
• Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Prior internship or leadership experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
