We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, including major retail outlets, banks and small finance branches, across multiple sites. The role involves planning, partner and vendor management, quality and cost control, client coordination and timely handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of multiple interior fit-out sites from work order to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to brand standards
- Act as the main client contact for assigned sites, covering progress updates, site access, approvals, handover scheduling and snag closure
- Manage turnkey partners, trade contractors and labour contractors on schedule, manpower, material readiness, quality and performance
- Review daily site progress and photo updates, carry out stage-gate checks and risk-based site visits, and escalate delays early
- Coordinate with design, procurement, billing and quality teams for drawings, material deliveries, measurements and audits
- Verify and sign measurements of executed work, and support client certification and billing
- Control costs against the BOQ, manage variations with written client approval and report overruns
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, MEP requirements, safety practices and statutory norms
- Coordinate pre-handover audits, close snags within agreed timelines and obtain the completion certificate
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports and project files
- Guide and mentor the Associate Project Manager and partner supervisors
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record managing 10+ interior fit-out or construction sites at the same time through contractors, with retail rollouts, banks and small finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of interior execution across civil, MEP, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry and modular furniture, painting and signage
- Strong ability to read drawings, BOQs and MEP layouts, and to check work against them
- Experience managing contractors, vendors and site supervisors
- Strong planning, scheduling and follow-up skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Sound understanding of quality standards, site safety and statutory requirements
- Ownership mindset, with the ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across project sites
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of prior relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction project execution, including at least 2 years leading multi-site rollouts
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
