Project Manager | Interior Finishing | 10-17 Years

Key Responsibilities· Plan, manage, and execute projects from commencement to final handover.· Strong hands-on knowledge of interior works and finishing activities is essential.· Manage and supervise civil finishing, interiors, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, doors, partitions, glazing, MEP coordination, and other finishing works.· Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.· Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, material requirements, and site conditions.· Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, cost, and resource requirements.· Ensure finishing and interior works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.· Identify site issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.· Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance and productivity.· Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.· Monitor snagging, rectification, finishing quality, and final handover activities.· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project procedures.· Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to Management.· Manage project variations, additional works, and execution-related commercial matters.· Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget, quality, and timelines.Qualification & Experience· B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.· 12+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / PMC.· Strong experience in Interior and Finishing works is mandatory/preferred.· Candidates with experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects will be preferred.· Strong knowledge of construction execution, finishing materials, interior coordination, and site management.· Proven experience in managing multiple contractors and project teams.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
