Job Responsibilities,

• Handle and supervise residential interior projects from planning to final handover.
• Prepare project execution plans and monitor progress against scheduled timelines.
• Coordinate with design, installation, carpentry, and other site teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Verify site measurements, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper manpower utilization.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and modular installation works.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges to avoid project delays.:
• Maintain project updates and report progress to the management team.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely project completion and handover.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in interior project execution or site management.
• Knowledge of residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture installation.
• Understanding of AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, site measurements, and material planning.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and handle project responsibilities independently.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
