Project Manager - Finishing (Civil)

Job Description: As a member of Gina Engineering Company, your role will involve overseeing project execution at the site to ensure timely and high-quality completion within the specified budget. Your expertise in finishing activities such as block work, plastering, tiling, granite works, and facade will be crucial for maintaining the company's commitment to excellence. You will monitor and schedule projects using various project management techniques, execute construction activities in compliance with approved drawings, maintain records of daily work progress, and manage documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and schedule projects to ensure efficient progress - Execute construction activities in compliance with approved drawings - Maintain meticulous records of daily work progress - Manage all necessary documentation - Conduct checks on reinforcement, shuttering, and column centering markings - Ensure the quality of concrete meets standards - Prepare bar bending schedules - Collaborate with foremen and supervisors to optimize raw material utilization, minimize wastage, and uphold safety standards - Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in civil engineering projects - Proficiency in finishing activities such as block work, plastering, tiling, granite works, and facade - Knowledge of project management techniques - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
