Project Manager (Exhibition & Event)

Role Overview:-

You should know how to get work done from vendors, should have a strong understanding of material, fabrication and should have a good network of event and exhibition vendor network. You will be working closely with the creative team as the centre of the project and will work closely with the clients to ensure that the projects are realised as per the brief and exceed all expectations.

Responsibilities:

● To play a leading role from inception to evaluation in delivering a successful exhibition.

● Be the main liaison contact between management, artist, venue operations, partners and vendors.

● To conduct accurate site measurements and markings.

● To coordinate installation and oversee unloading and loading of the materials and equipment’s.

● Providing effective line management to the exhibition core team, freelance crew and volunteers.

● Negotiating costs from suppliers and contractors.

● Costing the project and preparing a quote.

● Liaising with 3D designers and CAD designers.

● Creating and managing production and installation schedules.

● Managing contractors during pre-production and on-site.

● Attending the projects on-site to oversee delivery.

● Management of ground crew throughout installation and teardown.

● Undertake general and onsite administration when necessary and other tasks appropriate to the fulfilment of your position.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Minimum Graduate.

● You should possess at least 2-3 years of large-scale event project experience in a management or supervisory role.

● You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

● You should be comfortable presenting and speaking to executive management and large audiences.

● You should be able to multi-task and delegate under tight datelines and problem-solve on the fly.

● You should be able to work long days, nights and weekends if the situation calls for it.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
