About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager Executive (Account Manager / Client Servicing) to manage day-to-day relationships and project delivery for our D2C clients. You will be the bridge between clients and our performance, creative and content teams, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned D2C client accounts.
• Understand client goals and brief internal teams (performance, design, video, content).
• Plan and track project timelines, deliverables and approvals.
• Run client calls, share updates, MOMs and monthly performance reports.
• Manage content calendars and campaign launches across channels.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help retain and grow accounts.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management or project coordination (digital marketing agency preferred).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organisation and follow-up; comfortable with Google Sheets, Trello/Asana/ClickUp.
• Good understanding of social media, performance marketing and content workflows.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple clients.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
