Do you excel at managing complex projects, leading teams, and delivering large-scale corporate events seamlessly from concept to completion?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Event Delivery to join our team in Bengaluru!
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end event execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, and ensure every event is delivered with excellence, precision, and impact.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

End-to-End Project & Event Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale corporate events, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Budgeting & Resource Planning: Develop and manage event budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain cost control without compromising on quality.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand expectations and deliver outstanding experiences.

Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, align multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stages of event delivery.

Planning & Execution Excellence: Oversee event timelines, logistics, production, and on-ground operations while proactively managing challenges and mitigating risks.

✈Flexibility & Travel: Be willing to travel as required and work flexible hours during event days to ensure flawless execution.

What We’re Looking For
>6–10+ years of relevant experience in project management and event delivery.>A proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events from initial planning through successful execution.>Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.>Excellent budget management, resource allocation, and vendor coordination capabilities.>A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
