Project Manager, Cybersecurity

The position is directly responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of all Cybersecurity projects and programs within HARMAN Digital. This position combines project management with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity, you will work alongside other cybersecurity and technology leaders, architects, and engineers to ensure critical cyber projects are executed efficiently. We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect and Kubernetes Expert to join our team. As a hands-on technical leader, you will collaborate closely with MBRDI to architect and develop complex end-to-end cloud solutions. Your expertise in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and DevOps will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Infrastructure Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize infrastructure costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization across cloud environments. - Central Framework Development: Design and implement a robust central framework for DevOps teams, streamlining processes and improving consistency. - Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with DevOps teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing system reliability and performance. Requirements: Mandatory Skills: - Kubernetes Expertise: 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments. - Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting for automation tasks (5+ years of experience). - Cloud Architect: Extensive hands-on experience architecting production-grade cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure (5+ years of experience). - DevOps Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with DevOps teams, removing obstacles and improving system reliability. Preferred Skills: - Cloud Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Certified Architect). - Emerging Technologies: Experience with emerging technologies, such as serverless computing, containers, or edge computing.
