Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale interior fit-out projects across commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors. The role demands strong leadership in execution, client management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of fit-out projects (commercial, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use)
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Manage site execution, approvals, inspections, and handover processes
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract management
• Conduct regular progress reviews and report to senior management
• Ensure timely project completion within cost and quality benchmarks

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in interior fit-out and finishing works
• In-depth knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP coordination
• Excellent project planning and execution skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, billing, and claims
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Additional certification in Project Management (PMP / equivalent) is an advantage
• Exposure to MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is essential
• Familiarity with BIM-based project environments preferred

Experience & Skills

• 6-8 years in construction and interior fit-out execution
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial interior projects
• Strong exposure to multi-disciplinary coordination (civil + MEP + interiors)
