Project Manager - Construction Field

Title: Senior/ Project Manager

Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Onsite

Location: Singanayakanahalli near Yelahanka

Reporting to: CEO/Chairman

Note: Minimum 5 years’ experience handling entire project.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction field, the Site Engineer possesses both technical expertise and practical knowledge necessary for managing various aspects of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Manage all phases of the construction project from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

· Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision to ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications outlined in construction plans, drawings, and contracts.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site inspections, and change orders.

· Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration.

· Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

· Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in site engineering.

· Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
