Project Manager - Clinic Setup & Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of a premium 

longevity and healthspan clinic in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the entire project from 

planning and infrastructure development to operational readiness and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of clinic setup, ensuring timely execution within approved 

budgets.

• Coordinate site finalisation, architectural planning, interiors, infrastructure 

development, and fit-outs.

• Identify and manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.

• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment, 

technology, and other infrastructure.

• Coordinate necessary regulatory approvals, licences, and compliance requirements.

• Support operational planning, staffing coordination, SOP development, and technology 

implementation.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, milestones, and vendor payments.

• Ensure overall operational readiness and successful launch of the clinic.

• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and proactively resolve execution 

challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or 

a related field.

• 7-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare facility setup or project 

management.

• Prior experience setting up wellness centres, specialty clinics, diagnostic centres, or 

similar facilities.

• Strong vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and project execution skills.

• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ideal Candidate:

An execution-oriented professional who can independently drive the project from concept to 

launch, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

Prior experience in setting up and operationalising a healthcare facility will be a strong 

advantage.
