Project Manager Civil & Infrastructure

As a Project Manager at Akshar Estates, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing villa and residential plot developments across North and South Bengaluru. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, budgeting, quality assurance, and team management. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office will be crucial for the success of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Planning & Scheduling** - Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules - Allocate resources effectively - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies - **Project Execution & Site Management** - Oversee day-to-day site activities - Ensure adherence to design specifications - Resolve technical challenges and provide guidance to on-site teams - **Budgeting & Cost Control** - Prepare and manage project budgets - Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability - Verify contractor bills for compliance - **Contractor & Vendor Management** - Select and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors - Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards - **Quality & Compliance** - Conduct routine site inspections - Ensure compliance with local laws and building codes - Maintain accurate site records and reports - **Cross-functional Coordination** - Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams - Provide regular progress reports to senior management **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) - Minimum of 2 years" experience in construction project management - Sound knowledge of construction techniques and project scheduling - Exposure to the Managed Farmland industry is an added advantage - Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail In this full-time role, you will benefit from cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off.
